It was in the year of 1989 that Dr. Stephen Hambley chartered CCTS under the covering of the Canadian Christian Clinical Counselors Association. He pioneered the school in those early days building relationships locally and abroad. His legacy will forever live in the spirit and the fabric of our school.

Since his passing I now have been given the role as President as of 2026. Our school has gone through much transition and many challenges, but God has been faithful. Since this transition, our team is working hard to update our approach and modernize our delivery of cutting edge education. This is still a work in progress. For now, we can email courses or send them through traditional mail with in Canada.

Our vision to is raise up men and women who feel called to the harvest field. To prepare them through comprehensive education and ministry preparedness. I believe we can achieve this as we have partnered with other schools such as Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary, Harvestime Bible Institute, and Therapon University for shared curriculum. We are currently in talks with Vision International University for our online offerings. I encourage you to join with us, accept the call and begin the the journey to fulfill your mission.
